For the filling:
Step 1
Add dates, peanut butter, water, milk and protein powder to a blender and mix until creamy.
For the base:
Step 2
Add almond flour, pecans, almonds and filling to a blender and mix until crumbly.
Step 3
Set the mixture in a pan with parchment paper and tap down to make a firm base.
Step 4
Add the filling mixture on top of the base and top with peanuts.
Step 5
Add melted chocolate with coconut oil on top of the peanuts and make sure to cover all the surface. Sprinkle salt on top.
Step 6
Freeze for 4 hours before cutting into pieces and enjoy!
