Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl cream together the butter and sugar. Add molasses, egg, vanilla and mix to combine.

To the bowl add the flour, baking soda, salt and spices. Mix on low speed until a crumbly dough forms. Using a spatula, fold in the white chocolate chips until dough comes together. Chill dough for at least 15 min.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll dough into balls (about 3 tablespoons) then place on baking sheet making sure to leave room for spreading. Bake at 350 for 11-14 min.
