Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F
Step 2
In a medium-sized bowl- whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside

In a stand mixer- cream together butter and sugars until creamy (2-3 minutes)
Step 4
Mix in eggs and vanilla extract.
Step 5
Pour in flour mixture and mix until just incorporated. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
Step 6
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, the longer the better. I like to make mine the night before I bake.
Step 7
Scoop cookies using an ice cream scooper and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 8
Bake for 14-18 minutes, until tops are golden. While the cookies are still hot, using a mason jar lid, go around each cookie to form perfect circles. Let cool & enjoy!
