Instructions

Step 1
Add undrained chickpeas and maple syrup to high speed blender. Blend on high for 2-3 mins until completely smooth. Add remaining ingredients except coconut oil and blend thoroughly. While blender is on med/high, slowly stream in coconut oil, blend on high additional minute. Adjust salt and sugar if needed. Pour into freezer safe container, cover and carefully place in freezer. Freeze at least 4 hours, stirring halfway.
