Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degree's. Whisk together 6 whole eggs. Cook sausage until done. Spray muffin mold with oil or butter. Ladle in one scoop of egg into 7 muffin molds. Then added shredded cheese and sausage to each mold. Stir mix with utensil to keep from the meat and cheese settling to the bottom. Place in oven and bake 25-30 minutes until cooked through. Remove from oven and let cool slightly and then enjoy.
