Step 1
Trim fat off chicken and pound to about half an inch thickness, or butterfly. Salt and pepper liberally

Heat skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes

Add olive oil all over pan, or try vegetable oil

Add chicken breasts to skillet

Cook without touching for 4 minutes. Turn and cook for additional 3 minutes, until internal temperature is 155.

Take breasts out of pan and let rest for 5 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165
