Syrup
Instructions
Step 1
Roast sesame seeds until they pop. Keep the flame low. Transfer to a plate to cool.
Step 2
Roast flax seeds until they start popping. Keep flame low-medium. Transfer to same plate to cool.
Step 3
Roast almonds on low flame until slightly brown. Transfer to plate to cool and then grind in course powder.
Step 4
Grind sesame and flax seeds together, in a course powder.
Syrup
Step 5
Add water and sugar. Let in boil, then add cardamom powder. Cook for few minutes until string like consistency.
Combine
Step 6
Mix powder and syrup on stove. Add 1 tsp ghee and mix well until forms like a dough. Transfer to a bowl.
Step 7
Let it become touchable warm.
Step 8
Add 1 tsp ghee (optinal) and mix well.
Step 9
Make laddoos.
Step 10
Store in air tight container for 10-15 days in a dry place.
