Instructions

Step 1
Grill the onions with a little olive oil on an iron pan. Cooked till the outsides are charred and smoky.
Step 2
Flake off the burnt outer layer and chop. Mix with all the other ingredients in a bowl.
Step 3
Blend with an immersion blender.
