Instructions
Step 1
Turn your instant pot to sauté mode
Instant PotSaute
Step 2
Add the grape seed oil and the onion, carrots and celery
Step 3
Cook the veg down for about 5-7 minutes
Step 4
Add the minced garlic, stir briefly then stir in the 2 tablespoons of flour
Step 5
Then add the broth, chicken breasts, orzo and seasoning
Step 6
Pressure cook on high for 5 minutes
Step 7
When done, let the steam self release for 5-10 minutes then manually release the rest of the steam
Step 8
Remove the chicken from the instant pot and shred (I shred chicken in my kitchen aid)
Step 9
Add the shredded chicken back to the instant pot, as well as the lemon juice
Step 10
Stir, season with salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
