Instructions
Step 1
Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks and place into separate bowls
Step 2
To the egg whites, add the vinegar and whisk for 3-5 mins until they form stiff peaks
Step 3
To the yolks, add the sweetener, milk and vanilla. Mix well
Step 4
Take some of the whipped egg whites and fold it into the yolk mixture
Step 5
And the yolk mixture back into the egg whites and sift in the flour, fold gently keeping as much are in the batter as possible
Step 6
Transfer mixture to a piping bag
Step 7
Pipe some batter into a nonstick pan (medium low heat and cover with a lid. Cook for 1-2mins
Step 8
Uncover and add a little more batter ontop of the pancake
Step 9
Flip the pancake and cook for another 1-2mins (covered with lid)
