1can kidney beans
1 candiced tomato
w green chile
5tomatillos
diced

Instructions
Step 1
Rinse kidney beans and hominy and set aside.
Step 2
Sauté minced garlic and onion in a large pot on med-high heat, then saute in coarse ground beef in then until brown.
Step 3
Add tomatillo, frontera branded sauces, then kidney beans and hominy, and the can of diced tomato with the liquid in the can. Add a little sugar to temper acid and spice.
Step 4
Add 2-3 tbsp of corn meal while simmering to thicken.
Step 5
Let that boil out until desired consistency and adjust as needed.
