Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 175 Celsius

2. In a bowl mix honey and tahini until we’ll combined

3. Add dry ingredients and mix well to combine. Add up to 2 tbsps of water if batter is too crumbly. Dough should be moist enough to shape into balls.

4. Place sesame seeds on a bowl. Make 14 balls and roll them in sesame seeds.
Step 5
5. Transfer balls to trays with grease proof paper & use a glass ti press down to 1/4 inch thick.
Step 6
6. Bake in middle of oven for 8-10 mins or until golden brown. Allow to cool on trays for 3-5 mins before transferring to cooling rack.
