I make wholewheat, walnut bread but you can adapt as you wish.

1 cup wholewheat bread flour

1 cup keffir
Step 6
Mix and in a bowl, covered with plastic bag, in a warm place until bubbly @ 12hrs+ but depending on your keffir and the warmth it it takes as long as it takes - longer in winter
Step 7
Add 1 cup wholewheat flour and 1 cup water. Mix and cover and leave to ferment again until signs of fermentation are seen.
Step 8
Add 1 cup walnuts, 1 tbs walnut oil, 1 tsp honey, 1 tsp salt plus more flour to mix til a dough. Knead for 10mins until smooth and stretchy.
Step 9
Shape and place in a bread tin or on a baking tray
Step 10
Prove until doubled in size
Step 11
Bake 20O°C for 20mins until sounds hollow when tapped on the base.
