Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl add flour, sugar, salt, 1tbsp olive oil and yeast. Add warm water mix well until combine. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic. Place the dough in the bowl, drizzled with 1tbsp olive oil.
Step 2
Cover the dough with the cling film or towel and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
Step 3
Once the dough raised, dust the work surface with flour and divide the dough into 6 equal part. Roll each one into the ball, cover with towel and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Meanwhile mix za’atar with remaining olive oil.
Step 5
Roll each ball into the circle.
Step 6
Place 2 circles in a baking tray and add about 1tbsp za’atar topping in the middle of each circle. Leave a narrow boarder around.
Step 7
Bake I a preheated oven at 200C for 6-7 minutes or until the dough is slightly browned.
Step 8
Serve warm or at room temperature with labneh and vegetables
