Instructions
Step 1
Mix the parsley and garlic with 2 tbsp of olive oil and some salt
Step 2
Gut and pat the sea bream dry then rub in 1/2 tbsp each of olive oil
Step 3
Heat a griddle pan and cook the bream for 5 minutes on each side. Do not move around the pan apart from turning the fish over once
Step 4
Serve sprinkled with salt, the parsley mixture and half a lemon
