Instructions
Step 1
Crush the garlic cloves and chop the fresh parsely. Slice half of the lemon and squeeze the other half.
Step 2
Remove the scales of sea bream with a fork. Rinse the fish and dry it thoroughly, using paper towels.
Step 3
Make several slashes on both sides of the sea bream about 0.5" deep, at 1-1.25" intervals, and season it with salt and ground pepper on both sides.
Step 4
Stuff the slashes on the sea bream with lemon slices. Mix the lemon juice, olive oil, crushed garlic and oregano in a bowl.
Step 5
Put the sea bream on a tray and drizzle the mixture over the sea bream.
Step 6
Place a wire rack on the 3rd level of the oven and tap "Send to oven" to preheat the oven.
Step 7
Once you hear a beep, place the oven dish in the oven and bake it.
Step 8
After it has been roasted, Serve immediately with chopped parsely.
