Instructions

Step 1
Generously sprinkle both sides of the rib steak with salt and pepper
Step 2
Wrap each steak individually in parchment paper well and then in aluminum foil well.
Step 3
Bake on a cookie sheet for 2 hours on 350
Step 4
Optional- sear for a few seconds when done
