Creamy veggie pasta sauce

This sauce resembles a lot with baby food, but that doesn’t mean we cannot enjoy it as adults! Most of us struggle to incorporate vegetables in our diet, and I think this is a great way to do it, especially when combined with something we all love, which is pasta.

Instructions

Step 1
Peel and cut the potato and carrots in small pieces.
Step 2
Boil until soft (around 25 minutes).
Step 3
Rinse under cold water, then add in the blender together with salt, pepper and some pasta water.
Step 4
Mix with your favourite pasta and serve with parmesan and basil leaves.
