Zucchini Squash Soup

Instructions

Step 1
Sauté onions for 10 min
Step 2
Add squash & garlic, sauté for 10 min on low-medium flame, stir every few min
Step 3
Add half potatoes to pot, half to mesh bag (not too small- it will get mushy) and add to pot.
Step 4
Fill pot 3/4 with water
Step 5
Add salt & pepper. bring to boil.
Step 6
Cook on low for 1/2 hour.
Step 7
Remove mesh bag, blend soup and add potatoes from bag.
Step 8
Use 8 qt pot
