Instructions

Step 1
Place thinly sliced onions into the bowl of a Crockpot or slow cooker.
Step 2
Top the onions with two boneless, skinless chicken thighs and pour the orange sauce over the top.
Step 3
Cook the chicken on high for 3 hours or on low temperature for 6 hours.

Notes

Step 4
Either cook the sauce down in a saucepan, dry the thighs out really well, or add cornstarch or a bit of brown sugar to thicken the sauce up.
Step 5
Serve with broccoli or you'll get scurvy.

Add crushed red pepper

Top with green onion and sesame seeds
