Instructions
Step 1
Thaw pie crust and cut into diamond shapes.
Step 2
Mix sugar, pie filling and cream cheese
Step 3
Fold diamonds into envelope shapes and fill with about 1 tablespoon of filling.
Step 4
Brush with egg (mixed with some water)
Step 5
Bake at 450 for 15 to 20 minutes
