Instructions

Step 1
In a big bowl combine all the Ingredients listed below

Mix it well
Step 3
Line the baking dish (9x13inch or 23x33cm) with Parchment Paper
Step 4
The Dough is gonna rise in the Oven and melted butter can spillover. So do not fill the baking dish all the way up
Step 5
Bake for 1 hr at 350F (175C)
Step 6
Let it cool completely before serving. This might take a while
Step 7
Cut into pieces and serve. Parchment Paper makes getting Mochi from the baking dish a lot easier
