Instructions

Step 1
Mix all the ingredients and knead for 10 minutes. If you have a mixer, on medium power, knead for 3 minutes.
Step 2
They will have a ball of dough that is soft and moist to the touch, but will not stick to their hands. Then they will have to go to the table to stretch, so they will need more flour.
Step 3
We stretch the dough with a rolling pin until it is 2mm thick, and with the help of a cookie mold or glass, we cut the dough and reserve. The size will depend on your taste, I made them for cocktails and I got 60 units
Step 4
We fill them with cheese to taste and seal them with our fingers or a fork. Being a fresh dough, it does not need water to stick.
Step 5
Fry over medium heat for 3 minutes per side. And now we enjoy! You can accompany them with the sauce that you like.
