Instructions
Step 1
Heat whipping cream until warm, not boiling. Pour over chocolate chips and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Whisk until smooth. Let it cool completely.
Step 3
Cream the butter. Add white chocolate mixture to the stand mixer. Scrape down the bowl until fully incorporated.
Step 4
Add powdered sugar 2 cups at a time. Scrape the sides of the bowl in between each addition.
Step 5
Once fully incorporated mix on high for 2-3 minutes.
