Instructions
Step 1
Mix flour, salt and water. Knead it for 3-5 minutes until smooth, then let the dough rest for 20-30 minutes. Knead again for 3-5 minutes.

Divide into 3 pieces, roll each piece out and brush them with a little bit of oil. Cover and place in the fridge for 1 hour.

Pull each piece gently, bounce it on the working surface a couple of times. Fold in half and repeat.

Immediately transfer to a pot with boiling water and cook for about 1-2 minutes.
