Homemade Noodles, bread machine edition

Instructions

Step 1
Add ingredients into bread machine. Set to dough cycle. Let machine knead 15 minutes. Turn off machine.
Step 2
Cover and sit for 15 minutes. I leave mine inside the machine. If left too long the top will start to dry out.
Step 3
Divide dough into sections to make rolling out dough easier. Roll thin. Brush oil on both side of flat dough and continue to roll until desired thickness.
Step 4
Sprinkle flour on top of to to prevent sticking. Lightly fold over and cut into strips. If you want to make lasagna sheets. Leave thin and cut into a rectangle.
Step 5
Unroll noodles, lightly add flour to prevent noodles from sticking.
Step 6
To cook, bring salted water to a rapid boil. Add 1 tablespoon oil to the water; drop noodles into water and cook until tender or desired texture, about 3-10 minutes.
Step 7
Store uncooked noodles in refrigerator for up to 2 days.
