Easy and comforting chicken noodle soup, perfect on a chilly day! If you don’t want to use a crockpot you can simmer the soup in a large pot on the stove.

Instructions
Step 1
Dice the onions and slice the celery and carrots.
Step 2
Add all ingredients, except the noodles, to the crockpot. Cook on high 2 hours.
Step 3
Turn the temperature to low and add the egg noodles and chopped parsley. Stir, cover and cook another 15 minutes or until noodles are cooked. Remove the garlic cloves and bay leaves and serve.
