Instructions
Step 1
Take your 115g of flour, and if you are worried about it being raw, put it into the microwave for 30 seconds at a time until it reaches 116 degrees. Then let it cool down.
Step 2
Add 74g of Vanilla protein powder.
Step 3
Add 2.5g of cinnamon
Step 4
Add 1.5 of salt
Step 5
Add 1.2 grams of baking powder
Step 6
Mix well and set to the side
Step 7
Then in a separate bowl add 56g of light butter, 1 whole egg, and then 1 egg white (34g), 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 48g of Swerve and mix
Step 8
Pour the dry ingredients into the wet a little bit at a time, mixing well
Step 9
In a very small bowl put 10g of swerve, and 1g of cinnamon in. mix and then spread on top of the cookie dough
Step 10
NOTE: Dough gets better if you leave in fridge for 24 hours
Step 11
Optional: Cook cookies for about 8 minutes at 350
