Instructions

Step 1
Mix cornstarch, beef consommé, sliced mushrooms and Worcestershire sauce.
Step 2
Mix ground beef, rice, onion, egg, and pepper.
Step 3
Shape into patties. Place in dish and cover with wax paper. Microwave at high for 6 min.
Step 4
Drain. Turn. Pour sauce over meat. Cover and microwave on 10-12 min. Allow to stand 5 min.
Step 5
Serve with rice or cooked noodles or mashed potatoes.
