Instructions
Step 1
Add and Mix coconut milk, curry powder and minced garlic in a mixing bowl.
Step 2
Dice the pork fillets into 3 longways slices. Once diced, poke them onto skewers sticks (12).
Step 3
Place each stick one at a time in the batter to coat and store them evenly on the marinating tray. Place marinating trays in the fridge for one hour.
Step 4
Once marinated, heat up the Frying pan and add coconut oil. Cook on low heat, rotating them evenly until browned and meat is white/grey.
