Rub flour into butter
Step 2
Add in rest of ingredients one at a time

roll dough into a ball and wrap with cling wrap

rest over night or for minimum of 4hrs

roll dough out to number 6 on pasta roller ( folding double everytime)
Step 6
Cut dough into triangles and roll around pipe with egg wash
Step 7
fry at 200°C for approximately 5 minutes
Step 8
allow to cool on a cooling rack before filling

Dip ends in crushed pistaccios, cherries or chocolate nibs

beat all ingredients together in electric mixer for 5 minutes
