Step 1
Core cabbage & slice into narrow shreds. Sautee in large pan with butter, covered, stirring periodically. Meanwhile, wash potatoes, stab with a fork, and microwave in a bowl with a little water for five minutes at a time until soft all the way through. Crack a dozen eggs into the pan with the cabbage, add cheese, and stir up, breaking yolks & blending. Chop potatoes and mix in. Season with salt & pepper.
