Step 1
Place garlic, chilli, parsley and onion into mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 7. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.Add oil and cook 5 min/120°C//speed 1.Add passata, water, lemon juice, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, sugar, cinnamon, basil, sundried tomatoes and the remaining ½ teaspoon black pepper and ¾ teaspoon of salt into mixing bowl and mix with aid of the spatula.
Step 2
Combine mince, a few tablespoons of sauce, onion flakes, garlic salt, parsley and salt and pepper. Roll into balls. Cook in airfryer for 10 min.
