Ingredients

3bananas
very ripe, mashed⠀

2eggs
at room temperature⠀
⅓ cupmaple syrup⠀

½ cupgreek yogurt plain
or vanilla⠀
1 tspvanilla extract⠀
1 cupwhole wheat pastry flour⠀
¾ cupall purpose flour⠀
1 tspbaking soda⠀

1 ½ Tbspchai spice
¼ tspsalt⠀

⅓ cupbutter
melted and cooled sub melted coconut oil⠀

½ cupchopped walnuts
optional
Instructions
Step 1
in a large bowl, mix bananas, eggs, and maple syrup. add in greek yogurt and vanilla extract⠀
Step 2
add in the flours, baking soda, chai spice, and salt⠀
Step 3
mix in the butter until all combined. add in walnuts at this step⠀
Step 4
prepare loaf pan by lining with parchment paper or spraying with oil. pour batter (if u want, cut a banana in half to place on top)⠀
Step 5
bake at 350* for 50-60 minutes (40-48 min for mini loafs)⠀

cut into slices and enjoy!
