Instructions

Step 1
1. Chop bell peppers, onion, and mushrooms into strips.
Step 2
2. Cook rice using your preferred method.
Step 3
3. In a greased pan, add 1 LB of 97/3 ground beef and cook for 4 minutes.

4. Add in onions and bell peppers and cook for 4 add additional 4 minutes.
Step 5
5. Add mushrooms, 1/2 C of beef broth, and worcestershire sauce to taste. Cover and cook until onions are transluscent.
Step 6
6. Season to taste with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Step 7
7. Assemble the bowls with 1 C rice, 1.5 C beef mixture, and 28 G of fat free mozzarella cheese.
Step 8
8. To reheat, toss in the microwave for 1.5-2 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
