Forgot photos for this one, but it was pretty good! Not the most flavorful one I’ve ever made/had. However, it was still delicious. Our 10 y/o ate all of his, I devoured mine and my husband his as well. The toddlers mainly liked the filling. There’s another option to chop the peppers and just have one big mix of everything; it’s called UNstuffed peppers. That’s the perfect option if you have toddlers or picky veggie eaters. We did have extra filling for 6 servings. You may be able to fill 2 more peppers to make 8 servings with the 6 recipe.
