Beef chuck roast is is cheaper cut and is very chewy when you try to cook it on the pan. trust me I've tried and kept chewing for days🤭. This method worked great and it doesnt have a strong kiwi taste. It just melds into the marinade very subtly. and this sauce was soooo goood!! perfect with rice!! Marinade below 2lb chuck roast 2 tbs oyster sauce 2 tbs dark soy sauce 1 kiwi 1tbs cooking oil Other 2 red/green bell pepper 1 large onion or more bell pepper Minced garlic - 10 garlic cloves Sauce 3-4 tbs honey 1 tbs regular soy sauce 2 tbs shaoxing wine or rice wine 4 tbs water (and more to deglaze pan) 3 tsp black pepper
