Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450. Lay out parchment paper on a baking sheet


Step 2

Halve potatoes. Halve the halves lengthwise. Slice thickly about 1 inch (about 5 slieces)
Step 3

Place in a pot of cold heavily salted water until all potatoes are added

Step 4
Bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes
Step 5
Drain after boiling for 5 minutes. Return to pot
Step 6

Add olive oil and seasoning. Replace lid on pot and toss vigorously until they form a light coating of mashed potato






Step 7

Spread evenly on baking sheet. Don't crowd them
Step 8

Bake for 13 minutes on lower rack

Step 9

Flip/Toss potatoes and bake for an additional 8 minutes

Step 10

Remove, salt to taste and toss
