Preheat oven to 180 °C/350 °F

Add 12 muffin cases to a muffin tray and set aside.

Mix together the flour, sugar, chocolate powder, eggs and margarine with an electric whisk.

Then add half of the Nutella and fold it in with a spatula.

Scoop about a tablespoon of the mixture into each muffin case then spread out using the back of a spoon.

Using a spoon, add all of the remaining Nutella evenly to each of the muffin cases.

Use the rest of the chocolate muffin mixture to cover over the Nutella.

Place the tray in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until they look slightly cracked on top. When checking if the muffins are cooked, it will be hard to tell as the Nutella in the middle will be gooey.
