Small batch brownies that I made into a cross between a brownie pie and cobbler

Instructions

Step 1
Melt chocolate and butter and set aside

Preheat oven to 350 and spray 9x5 or 8x4 baking pan with baking spray

Beat egg, sugar, vanilla, salt in large bowl and whisk or with electric mixer for 2 to 3 minutes till pale thick and fluffy. Beat in warm chocolate and beat till smoothly. Sprinkle in flour and mix till incorporated.
Step 4
Spread mixture into pan and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Step 5
Bake at 350 for 15 to 10 minutes. Don't overbake.
Step 6
Can spread on salted caramel ganache if desired. I added more cream and made a caramel sauce to pour over my brownie cobbler/deconstructed brownie pie
