Super quick and tasty chicken gravy

Ingredients
8 servings
3 Tbsbutter
3 TbsAll Purpose Flour
1 cupchicken broth
1 cuproasted garlic broth
than bouillon roasted garlic
1 teaspoondried rosemary
⅛ tspground black pepper
salt
to taste
½ tspdried minced onion
Instructions
Step 1
Melt butter in sauce pan over medium heat, add in dried rosemary and dried minced onion, cook for 30 seconds until fragrent.
Step 2
Add in flour, whisking constantly. Continue to cook until roux starts to turn caramel-brown.
Step 3
Add in broth, whisking to combine. Continue to cook on low heat until gravy is steaming and bubbling.
Step 4
If you want it thicker, simmer on low until desired consistency. If you want it thinner, add a couple tablespoons of water as needed, cooking through.
Step 5
Serve hot over mashed potatoes or chicken.
