Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180C.
Step 2
Place all the ingredients in a food processor except chocolate chips. Blend until smooth.
Step 3
Stir in chocolate chips until well mixed.
Step 4
Spoon the mixture onto a greased baking tray or grease proof paper, creating 12 cookie shapes before baking for 20 minutes.
Step 5
The cookies will come out slightly soft, so allow to cool slightly. I find this is the best time to eat them and they are soft and gooey! But you can transfer to a wire rack to cool and keep in an air tight container whilst trying to resist!
