Instructions
Step 1
Beat oil, sugar and eggs until thick
Step 2
Add flour, baking soda and cinnamon
Step 3
Stir in carrots, apple, raisins and nuts.
Step 4
Pour into greased 9"x13" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 35-40 minutes. Cool in pan on rack.
Icing
Step 5
Cream cream cheese and butter. Add icing sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth
Step 6
When cake is cold, spread icing over top of cake
