Instructions
Step 1
Slice the sweet potato in 1.5 cm slices and put in cold water for 15 min to rinse out the potato starch
Step 2
Mix the soy sauce, sugar, white wine, fish sauce and water in a saucepan until combined
Step 3
Fry potato slices on a pan until golden brown, and let it rest for a bit
Step 4
Pour out previously made sauce on a pan, add potato sliced and zimmer until carmelized
