Instructions
Step 1
Gently press tofu block with your hands to release extra liquid and then slice tofu into 1 inch thick square pieces; Slice green onion and dice garlic.
Step 2
Heat up olive oil in a skillet over high heat, then adjust heat from high to medium once oil becomes hot. Gently place each sliced tofu piece in the skillet with some space to give room for flipping work. Gently sprinkle some salt over tofu pieces while tofu being fried. Flip the tofu until both side becomes gold brown.
Step 3
Lastly, put diced red chili sauce ,diced garlic, green onion, black pepper, chicken powder in a heated skillet to to stir fry on medium heat for a minute, then add a small amount of water in the sauce to mix for another minute. Remove the sauce from the skillet and simply pour it on top of golden toufu tubes. Serve them warm.
