12 ozColby jack

1 tspworcester sauce
0.5 lbsharp cheddar cheese
0.5 lbSwiss cheese

Instructions
Step 1
In a large pot melt butter, whisk in flour, then add milk, Worcester sauce, and Colby jack cheese stirring often until ingredients meld together into a smooth sauce.
Step 2
Cook noodles according to package directions
Step 3
Spray a 9x13 dish with cooking spray, add noodles and pour cheese sauce over noodles.
Step 4
Cut cheddar and Swiss into 1/4 inch cubes and tuck them into the noodles and sauce.
Step 5
Bake at 350⁰ until bubbly and lightly browned (about 30-45 minutes)
