mix in by hand, Recipe is for 2 packs, let’s try 1
Instructions
Step 1
Do not double or it won’t fit in the mixer
Step 2
Mix continuously in order while adding ingredients
Step 3
Mix the chocolate chips in by hand or your mixer will die
Step 4
Bake at 375 for 8-10 mins
Step 5
Last time I softened the butter for just 30sec (not melted at all) and the cookies were flat. Next time try not softened at all
Step 6
Variants:
— Orange (2 orange zests & pulp + flour?) TRY just zest for better texture — Heath (1 bag Heath bits)
— Wh Ch Raspberry (3/4 cup chopped frozen raspberries & 1 bag wh ch chips, cook 2min longer). Dehydrated raspberries instead
