Marinate pork

Cook pork 😐
Rest then cut into 1cm cubes

Season, and Use lots of olive oil or duck fat
Cook in oven @ 240

Fry garlic in olive oil in frying pan, then set aside

Add wine to pan, cook off for a little bit

Add pork and clams (optional)

Add stock, bring to boil, then simmer

Once liquid level starts getting low, add coriander, smoked paprika, and return garlic
Step 9
Serve pork on plate, drizzle with lemon juice
Step 10
Top with potato, crack on some fresh pepper
