Step 1
First, make salsa so it has time to develop flavors. In a pan, sauté poblano pepper. The in a bowl, mix peach, mango, shallot, poblano, lime juice, touch of olive oil, a pinch of salt.
Step 2
Air fry potatoes at 400F for 20 min. Don’t forget olive oil or cooking spray, salt and pepper.
Step 3
While potatoes are cooking, season the pork chops and fry in a pan, until internal temperature is at 145F
