Step 1
Preheat oven to 400° . Line at 12 cup muffin tin with liners

Measure out the flour into a mixing bowl. Spoon out 3 tablespoons of the flour into a small bowl and add the nuts stirring to coat the nuts with flour.
Step 3
Wisk baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt into the bowl with the remaining flour
Step 4
In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment mix the butter and sugar at medium speed until light and creamy, about two minutes. add the eggs and mix one minute longer. mix in the bananas and vanilla until well combined.
Step 5
Stir the flour mixture into the butter mixture just to incorporate everything. fold in the nuts along with any flower remaining in the bowl
Step 6
Use an ice cream scoop to divide the batter evenly among the wells of the muffin tin. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center of the muffin tin comes out clean about 18 minutes. Let the muffins cool in the pan for five minutes then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Step 7
Store leftover muffins in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days
